Lime: Social and Branding

Funny story: My first day contracting for micromobility company Lime was March 16, 2020—right as COVID lockdowns kicked in and the world hit pause. Lime, whose business relies on people being out and about, effectively ceased operations overnight. I worked on the brand team, handling high-level internal branding and writing social content that shifted dramatically during lockdown. Unsurprisingly, the brand team was let go not long after (I have a funny story about that, too), but I was lucky to continue writing social content for a few more months. These posts offer a snapshot of those fraught early days of the pandemic.
